"Carnelian is great for increasing sexual energy, and unlike other energising crystals, it's less likely to keep you up at night," Cardenas says. Because this crystal also evokes courage, Cardenas recommends placing it in your room during the onset of a new relationship or sexual encounter. He even suggests holding it near your heart or at the pulse of your wrists if you're nervous about sending a risky sext.
