No one would classify Chrissy Teigen as shy, but that doesn't mean she doesn't also have insecurities.
The mom of two, who gave birth to her newborn son Miles in May, took to both Instagram and Twitter to get candid about her post-pregnancy body issues. While on holiday, the model tweeted a close-up video of her stomach and said of her stretch marks: "I guess these just aren't going to go away. This is my new body."

The video, captioned "mom bod alert," was the first in a series of messages on the subject. In addition to a topless photo – in which she's covering her chest with her arm while kissing husband John Legend – she wrote to her 10 million followers about what goes through her mind when she looks at not just her own body, but the near-perfect physiques of others.
"Instagram is crazy," she wrote on Twitter. "I think it's awesome people have killer bodies and are proud to show them off (I really do!), but I know how hard it can be to forget what (for lack of a better word) regular ol' bodies look like when everyone looks bonkers amazing."
She added that her display isn't something she'd call "body confidence" right now.
"I'm not quite there yet," she said. "I'm still super insecure."
Instead, her goal is to help other women – particularly those who've given birth – realise that they're not alone . . . and that their bodies are amazing: "I'm just happy that I can make anyone else out there feel better about themselves!"
