Disney Is Recalling This Toy Story 4 "Forky" Plush Due to Choking Hazard

Disney is voluntarily recalling the "Forky 11" plush toy, based on the new Toy Story 4 character, after the US Consumer Product Safety Commission deemed its googly plastic eyes a choking hazard.

On July 8, the government agency announced the product recall. There are currently no reported injuries or incidents, but the US Consumer Product Safety Commission encourages families to return the toy ASAP. "Consumers should immediately take the recalled toy away from children and return it to any Disney Store retail location, Walt Disney World, or Disneyland Resort theme park retail store location for a full refund," the agency said in a statement. The over 80,000 "Forky" toys were manufactured in China, before being sold in the US and Canada.
