When she's not heroically stopping toddler temper tantrums or ensuring her kids stay perfectly well-behaved during the royal wedding, Kate Middleton is enjoying the simple moments of motherhood. Following the festivities of brother-in-law Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's nuptials, the Duchess of Cambridge spoke about a cause very close to her heart: children's hospice care.

In a letter shared by East Anglia's Children's Hospices, Kate wrote about how important it is for children in hospice care to spend "precious time" with their families. "By supporting Children's Hospice Week, we can help them spread joy and positivity across the UK, encourageing everyone to make the most of moments that matter," she wrote. Kate also touched upon her favourite thing about motherhood and family time, and though it's "simple," it hits very close to home.

"Spending quality time together is such an important aspect of family life and for me, as a mother, it is the simple family moments like playing outside together that I cherish," she wrote. We can't help but agree with her and admit that these special outdoor memories hold a place in our hearts as well.

Now that Kate gave birth to Prince Louis in April, we're sure they have a lot of exciting activities planned as a loving family of five.
