For Mr. James's birthday on Oct. 23, all of the Kindergarten classes learned "Happy Birthday" in sign language to sing to the custodian, who is deaf. In a video taken by the school and shared to Twitter, Mr. James can be seen walking into a classroom to the sight of the little ones signing, and his reaction is so overwhelmingly sweet that we can't hold it together.
