Marie Kondo Tried to Help Jimmy Kimmel Tidy Up His Office, but Some Habits Are Hard to Break

Marie Kondo's KonMari method is an international sensation, and now celebrities are enlisting her help. Shortly after she stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show to help a writer declutter his office, Marie lent her tidying-up talents to late-night host Jimmy Kimmel.

On the Jan. 29 episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, Jimmy told Marie he had a nightmare about her visit. "I woke up upset because I dreamed you came into my office and started destroying my things," he confided. Marie reassured him that she never forces anybody to throw away anything — and off they went! She had Jimmy thanking his socks and waking up his books, and the two even found a cockroach in the corner while cleaning. Yikes!
