While the seasonal produce and lovely Cotswolds backdrop have been attracting visitors far and wide, Bamford's unwavering commitment to sustainability, from £140 a night, is what really makes it stand out from the crowd. For the guesthouses at The Wild Rabbit, that means locally sourced, organic ingredients and handmade horsehair mattresses in the bedrooms; meanwhile, the Daylesford Organic Garden has just been built sustainably from Silver Birch trees on the estate and is definitely worth a visit, as is the ever-tempting farm shop and cafe.
