Spiritual-Bath Recipe For the New-Moon-in-Aries Baño
Ingredients:
Sage and palo santo
Garnet or citrine crystals
Honeysuckle and/or thistle flowers
Black pepper, orange, jasmine, or geranium essential oils
Spearmint and/or rosemary herbs
Pink Himalayan salt
Pink, red, or white candle
Ritual:
1. Spring cleaning is in order. So, turn up the music, stack a messy bun atop your head, and get to it. Move furniture around if you want to. This shifts energy so nicely in your space, that newness is inevitable. This is an excellent place to create your Aries New Moon baño.
2. After you've cleaned your space, walk through with a stick of sage lit, allowing the smoke to gracefully fill the space. Follow that with some palo santo to seal in the beautiful energy the sage created.
3. Next, fill your bathtub with warm water and add two cups of Pink Himalayan salt. Mix it in with your hands until it's dissolved. Pray, sing, and speak out your wishes as you do so.
