Janelle Monáe Looks Like a Glam Cruella de Vil at the Grammys

Janelle Monáe always dons a unique look on the red carpet, but we've never seen her channel a Disney villain before. The actress arrived at the Grammys with a pixie cut that was half black and half platinum like our favourite cartoon fashionista, Cruella de Vil. Her deep side part was accented with small crystal barrettes, softening her dramatic look.
Janelle's makeup was just as magical. The singer's skin looked so radiant it appeared to be lit from within, and her eyes popped with a bright teal liner and bold lashes. We couldn't stop staring and you won't be able to either.
