Kat Von D's 10-Year Anniversary Collection Is Full of Golden Treasures
We already know that Kat Von D will drop a 10-year anniversary collection in May that features a colourful 10-pan eye shadow palette. What we didn't know is that the entire line looks like a treasure trove of products! The brand just teased its full lineup of gilded goodies, and suddenly May cannot come soon enough.
Along with said palette, there will also be a special edition of Tattoo Liner in Trooper Black, a new Studded Kiss Lipstick in the classic red shade Santa Sangre, a new Everlasting Glimmer Veil lipstick topcoat in Gold Skool, and a matching Metal Crush Highlighter to pair with your medallion-hued lippie.
We're particularly stoked for those last two items, because both are brand new and provide ways to coat your face in a golden glow just in time for Summer. KVD diehards probably known and love the cult-favourite Metal Crush Highlighter and new Glimmer Veil line.
The luminiser is an iridescent powder that is damn near blinding once applied. Glimmer Veil is a shimmering coverage that, in the words of Kat herself, "makes your lips look like a Christmas present."
Everything drops at Sephora and on Kat Von D's website on May 5, which is Cinco de Mayo. In a previous Instagram post, Kat wrote that she chose this date to honour her Mexican heritage. It will expand into brick-and-mortar Sephora stores on May 21.
