If You Loved the Glitter Eye Shadow on Love Island, You Can Recreate it For £5
During the villa's makeshift "club" night with the Ministry of Soundbeauty junkies noticed that a number of the girls were sporting the same shade of glittery eye shadow. Samira, Georgia, Megan, Dani and co. had clearly made a pact that this was the night for glitter, and boy, did we love it. People were so inspired by their looks that Lottie London saw a 70% increase in sales of their Eye Foils (£5) versus the week before.
The metallic-glitter hybrid eye foils come in 4 shades: Savage (rose gold), Denied (holographic glitter), Fire (a blue oil slick hue), and Faded (a copper that looks just like the shade sported in the villa). The shadows come with a handy doe-foot wand for easy application, and they dry and set all night long, so you have no need to worry about glitter fall out.
For maximum impact, I like to use the glitter shadow on top of Bareminerals Gen Nude Eye Shadow Primer (£19) and Maybelline Colour Tattoo in Taupe (£6) to make my favourite, Lottie London Eye Foil in Faded (£5), really pop. Read on to see swatches of the shadows so you can shine, even without that flattering Love Island lighting.
