Doja Cat debuted a whole new look for her 2022 Super Bowl commercial: purple hair. The singer switched up her dark brown hair for a rich, amethyst-purple shade for her circus-themed video campaign with Taco Bell. Who knew that the brand's logo could inspire such a stunning hair transformation?
Although the change-up was only temporary and came by the way of a long, voluminous wig, the deep purple looks like it was made for Doja. Her hairstylist Jared Henderson, also known as JStayReady on Instagram, created the bold style for her using Joico hair-dye products. "We went purple 😈 And of course I used my @joico colour intensity to give me the perfect shade," Henderson captioned a gallery on the social media app. To get the vibrant colour, he used the Joico Colour Intensity in Amethyst Purple (£14) first, followed by the shade Lilac on a 22-inch platinum-blond wig.
