Jennifer Garner Is Unrecognisable With a Bowl Cut and Red Hair For Her Latest Cover
Jennifer Garner is showing a different side of herself in her latest photo shoot. Gracing the cover of Allure's May 2023 digital issue, she wore several groundbreaking outfits — and hair looks — that are some of the most daring we've ever seen from the actor. Garner was unrecognisable in six different hairstyles, including a blonde bowl cut, short red lob, and pink bixie.
On the cover itself, she rocked a pink bixie wig — a cross between a bob and a pixie — to complement her sheer Miu Miu naked set, and in a corresponding image, fiery red wet hair that fell below her chin. But perhaps most surprising of all was a blonde bowl cut, which she paired with a dark smoky eye, while only wearing a yellow PVC trench coat. Other bold styles include a long, layered haircut and a neon yellow wig with long bangs.
Garner's hairstylist of over 20 years, Adir Abergel, knew fans were already familiar with her "beautiful, healthy, luxurious hair," so he wanted to transform her look with various wigs. "I immediately thought about the power of transformation and the idea of hair being your greatest accessory," he told Allure.
Garner has maintained her signature brown hair over the years, though she's recently opted for varying lengths. In November 2022, she revealed a textured, wavy lob that rested right on her shoulders, and in March, she went even shorter with a fresh bob haircut.
