Meagan Good Proves the "Bixie" Haircut Trend is Still Going Strong

Meagan Good's latest haircut is an edgy favourite. The director and "Harlem" actor posted a picture of her new "bixie" cut on Instagram, and if this isn't a signal to bring out your fall hair mood board then we don't know what is.
Good's new look comes courtesy of hairstylist Jasmine Ashley, who styled her fresh haircut with soft waves throughout. As the name suggests, the bixie is a cross between a bob and a pixie — and it's proving to be the biggest haircut trend of the year. "It's shorter than a bob, longer than a pixie, and with the hair off the neck and midface," April Peele, a hairstylist at Salon SCK in New York City, previously told POPSUGAR. "The bixie offers that sweet spot for clients who want to cut their hair off but aren't ready for the maintenance and commitment of really short hair. Or maybe they want really short hair but know they can't pull a pixie off."
