Get ready to start seeing some fall beauty inspiration hit your social media feeds. On 6 Aug., Megan Fox's go-to manicurist Brittney Boyce posted a picture of the actor's latest spiderweb-inspired set, and though it's still a little early, it feels like the perfect design for Halloween and beyond.
Fox's extensions were filed into her signature long stiletto shape. After an initial sheer pink base colour was applied, a deeper fuchsia shade was used to create an aura design in the middle of each finger. Instead of stopping there, a thick spiderweb design was painted on top in a deep burgundy shade.
Spiderweb designs are a fun, seasonal twist on the viral textured nail trend that has been everywhere over the last few months. From water droplet, liquid molten, and even sweater-print designs, the trend is a perfect way to take your basic manicure up a notch. Though the official start of fall is still a few weeks away, Fox's manicure is a masterclass in wearable Halloween nail art — especially for people who like nails that work double time as a seasonal beauty statement and a bad b*tch signal.
