The Byredo Deep Viola Eau de Parfum (£170), which launched exclusively at Harrods in August, centres around violets, hence the name, with the effervescent floral note sitting at the heart of the fragrance, surrounded by top notes of saffron and bergamot, and oud, vanilla, and frankincense at the bottom.
