The Two Sides of This Rare Beauty Brow Product's Story

It was definitely easy to get fine lines with the triangular tip of this Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez Brow Harmony Pencil and Gel (as you can see on my hand). I used very little pressure to make them, but it's possible to get something darker by pressing down a bit harder with the creamy pencil.

On my face, I filled in my brows and defined their shape with this end. I used the shade Deep Brown, a bit lighter than my hair, which was much less harsh than the results I've seen with black pencils in the past. Also, by having a blend of colours, it looked less obvious where the fake hairs were drawn. The other tip is a spoolie, so I combed the tinted gel through after the pencil strokes. This added a hint of colour, but I loved how well it neatened up the (actual) hair, and set my brows in place.

I really appreciated that both of these options were included in the same colour with the same product. I can see myself using either end on its own in the future, too: I'd use the pencil to just fill in my brows (especially when I've had a lapse in waxing) but, since my brows can get unruly, I'd use just the gel to slick them in place with a hint of colour as well.
