Mark Ruffalo Is Genuinely Confused About Being Compared to Noah Centineo: "Are You Kidding?"

It's no secret that Mark Ruffalo and Noah Centineo share some similar physical attributes. Well, apparently it's a secret to Mark, because he doesn't seem to understand why so many people have compared him to the 22-year-old actor. On Wednesday's episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Mark addressed all the hoopla surrounding him and his young doppelgänger. When Jimmy pulled out a photo of Noah, the Avengers: Endgame actor looked pretty taken aback. "He's way better looking than I was, are you kidding me?" he said. "I wish I looked like that, I swear to God." (Yep, even Mark knows how hot Noah is.) That's when Jimmy unearthed an old picture of Mark when he was 15 years old, and it's hard to deny that he definitely looks like one of Noah's relatives.
