Several Exes Ran into Each Other at the Met Gala

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson at the Met Gala 2023

With the Met Gala's star-studded guest list, it was only expected that a number of celebrity exes would run into one another on fashion's biggest night of the year. During the red carpet and party inside the Met Museum, former couples either embraced the awkward run-in, shared friendly exchanges, or managed to avoid a publicised encounter.

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson, who parted ways in August 2022, were photographed laughing together in the midst of a chat with Usher. Davidson also may have potentially come across his previous fling, Emily Ratajkowski. (The two dated for a month at the end of 2022.) Known to be good friends despite their breakup in 2019, coparents Irina Shayk and Bradley Cooper were also seen sharing a chummy interaction.

Diddy and Yung Miami, on the other hand, posed together on the Met Gala red carpet, after confirming their split just a few weeks prior. It's unclear whether they're exes on very good terms or back together, as Diddy simply clarified, Yung Miami was his "date for the night." "We don't put titles on it," he said.

Two of Robert Pattinson's former partners, Kristen Stewart and FKA Twigs, were also in attendance at the event, though there's no evidence of a run-in between either of the pairs. Pattinson adorably posed on the red carpet with girlfriend Suki Waterhouse, who he's been quietly dating since 2018.

Get a closer look at all of the former couples that interacted and potentially crossed paths at Monday evening's Met Gala.
