Jessica Alba Celebrates Daughter Honor's 15th Birthday: "So Proud of Who You've Become"
Jessica Alba and Cash Warren's first daughter, Honor Marie Warren, celebrated a major milestone this week: her 15th birthday! On 7 June, Alba and Warren posted sentimental tributes for their teenager to mark her big day. "15 years ago, baby girl Honour Marie Warren made me a mama," Alba captioned a photo montage of Honour through the years. "I had absolutely no idea how much my world was going to change . . . to say my heart burst open the moment I saw you, doesn't even cover it. My entire world was flipped right side up and I felt the deepest, most profound love."

The post featured pictures of Honor on her first day of school, at the beach, and spending quality time with her younger siblings, Haven and Hayes. Aware of how much they look alike, the mother-daughter has snapped a few photos in matching outfits and coordinated poses in recent years. One such snap showed Alba and Honour back to back measuring who's taller, and Honour definitely has a few inches on her mama. Even as the teenager has grown, though, her mum has made it clear that Honor is still her "baby girl."
"15 years later, I am so proud of who you have become my Honourcita, you are everything and more my baby girl," Alba wrote, praising her daughter's emotional strength and for being a great big sister. "Kind, driven, caring, intelligent, bold, silly, independent, emotional, creative, wise, rebellious . . . all the things. Thank you for being such an incredibly loving daughter and for being the best big sis to Haven and Hayes, for standing in your truth, for having integrity, for being emotionally available . . . you have taught me so much my Angel, you are the perfect combo of being soft and strong."
Alba concluded her message with a few more touching words, sending Honor lots of love on her special day. "Continue to be your truest self and always present and loving -manifesting all that you desire sweet girl," she wrote. "One of my greatest gifts is watching how you unfold and seeing the life you are creating for yourself. Big hugs and smooches. Happy birthday, baby girl - 15! Whaaaaat!!!???"
On his own Instagram account, Warren explained that he was feeling a "combination of love, pride, appreciation and pain" at seeing his oldest daughter turn 15. "Understandably, it's a bit bittersweet," he wrote. "Watching you navigate through life often leaves me in awe. You have this rare ability to learn life's lessons the first time around. Most of us spend years running away from obstacles in search for an easier path. Only to find ourselves back at the same roadblocks. Not you. You somehow understand that there is no point in delaying the inevitable, so you meet the obstacles head on. You learn and you move forward. I'm beyond proud."
Warren went on to praise Honour's artistic talents, "competitive spirit," and "empathetic heart." "I love your ambition and I love that you're willing to put in the work," he said. "You have all the tools and I love watching you apply them. You're a force of nature, Honor, and I love being your Dad. Keep crushing it!! Happy Birthday!!"
