Patrick and Brittany Mahomes's St. Barts Honeymoon Looks Like a Dream
Patrick and Brittany Mahomes are basking in newlywed bliss. After the high school sweethearts tied the knot in Hawaii earlier this month, the couple jetted off to St. Barts for a tropical honeymoon. Over the weekend, Brittany shared photos on her Instagram Stories from their idyllic holiday, which included hikes, kayaking, boat rides, and lots of turtles. "Everywhere ya went on the island the views were amazing," the fitness entrepreneur captioned one of her posts. In a separate post, she wrote, "Was such a perfect honeymoon."
Patrick and Brittany's relationship dates all the way back to their high school years at Texas's Whitehouse High School. Though they initially started out as friends, their relationship eventually turned into something more. In September 2020, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback proposed to Brittany following his Super Bowl ring ceremony.
"On a day that was meant to celebrate you, you turned it into celebrating us. It's always us, it's always you and me," Brittany captioned her engagement announcement on Instagram. "The words you looked into my eyes and said to me at this moment, will NEVER leave my mind! You made this day perfect, you took my entire breath away and I could not have imagined anything better. I love you, forever and always! Cheers to spending our lifetime together and an inseparable bond."
The following year, the pair welcomed their daughter, Sterling Skye Mahomes, and now they're married! Congrats again to Patrick and Brittany!
