Spencer and Markle met on the set of "Suits" and quickly became close; they even have the exact same birthday: 4 Aug., 1981. Spencer was one of the many celebrity guests at Markle and Harry's wedding and attended Markle's baby shower in February 2019. Spencer appears in "Harry & Meghan." In the footage, she reflects on when Markle first told her she and Harry were in love. "I mean, I could just feel everything in her body vibrating," she said. "I was screaming because I could tell it was different. . . . It was very clear . . . that they were going to go to the ends of the earth to be together."
