Only the Normal People Cast Could Have Chemistry While Reenacting a Gordon Ramsay Cooking Scene

When Normal People actors Daisy Edgar-Jones and Paul Mescal visited The Late Late Show With James Corden on Wednesday night, they'd have expected to discuss their character's off-the-charts chemistry. What they probably didn't expect, was being forced to recreate that chemistry on the spot . . . by acting out a scene of Gordon Ramsay in an episode of Hell's Kitchen. Or Guy Fieri describing — in great detail — a cabbage dish.

But once again, Daisy and Paul proved that they really are the queen and king of on-screen passion. They kept their cool while talking about an intricate meal involving cabbage, and didn't crack once during their rendition of a Home Shopping Network advertisement. But it was Gordon Ramsay yelling about crab that really broke them — especially Paul, and frankly, especially me too.
