The "Obi-Wan Kenobi" trailer features the live-action debut of the inquisitors, which are a group of force users loyal to the Empire that hunt Jedi, and we even get a glimpse of their base of operations called Fortress Inquisitorius. Since the underwater Imperial stronghold made its debut in the 2019 Star Wars video game "Jedi: Fallen Order," we might see the game's protagonist Cal Kestis, who's a Jedi, appear in the show.
First of all, the game takes place in between the events of "Revenge of the Sith" and "A New Hope" just like "Obi-Wan Kenobi," which opens up the possibility for Cal and Obi-Wan to meet during this time. Second, both Darth Vader and the inquisitors have a bone to pick with Cal after he destroyed crucial information that could have helped the Empire find force-sensitive people in the galaxy. Finally, the ending of "Jedi: Fallen Order" teases Cal is in search of another adventure, so maybe he'll find himself on Tatooine next?
If Cal finds that adventure in "Obi-Wan Kenobi," could he be played by "Shameless"s Cameron Monaghan, who portrayed him for the video game? Only time will tell.
