Big Burr, KS, is a small town that earns the distinction of "the most homophobic town in the US" from a nonprofit group in Under the Rainbow. The nonprofit then sends a group of LGBTQ+ volunteers to move to Big Burr for two years in hopes of educating the people who live there.
