When Monica returns to work at S.W.O.R.D., she's greeted by the acting director of the organisation, Tyler Hayward, who she apparently knows from before the Blip. She learns that he became the director after Maria's death, and he's the one who sends her on the Westview missing persons case, apologetically telling her that it's a S.W.O.R.D. policy put in place by Maria: when (not if, but when) the Blipped operatives came back, they'd need to be kept on Earth missions for the time being.
Also worth noting: way back on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., a character named Brian Hayward was an ex-soldier who got involved with the cyborg project called Project Centipede, which was revealed to be a HYDRA operation. Given the sneaky HYDRA imagery popping up throughout WandaVision and Wanda's origins as the victim of HYDRA experiments, is this a coincidence or not?
