The joint Reading and Leeds festivals take place over three days in both towns. The festivals take place simultaneously on the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the August bank holiday weekend, sharing the same bill of artists across different days. Previous headliners have included Fall Out Boy, The 1975, and Kendrick Lamar.
On 24 Feb, the event organisers tweeted, "Reading and Leeds 2021 📣 Following the government's recent announcement, we can't wait to get back to the fields this summer 🎉 LET'S GO 🍻 #RandL21," confirming that the 2021 iteration will indeed be going ahead.
