Gregory Maguire returns to the world of Wicked in his new spinoff series The Brides of Maracoor. This time around, the focus is on Elphaba's granddaughter, Rain, who washes ashore on the island of Maracoor, and must begin a perilous journey that will eventually lead her back home to Oz.
