In Inception, Dom Cobb is tasked with a mission that will have large consequences on the lives of others. Predestination focuses on one man's journey to prevent negative consequences from happening in the lives of thousands. Special agent Doe (Ethan Hawke) is a time-traveller, and fiercely working to try and capture a criminal who has gotten away from him throughout time. The criminal is known as the Fizzle Bomber, and his goal is to kill as many people as possible by planting bombs in different locations. It is up to Agent Doe to stop him before it is too late.
