Lonely and unwilling to face her sister's wedding alone, Kat impulsively hires an escort, Nick, to be her date for the week. As she struggles with her family drama, as well as having to face her ex — the best man — Kat starts to develop a connection with Nick, but the lines between what's real and what's fake get blurred in some very messy ways.
