The '90s and '00s were packed with modern-day teen-movie adaptations of classic literature, but this one is definitely among the best of the bunch. Awkward Cameron wants to ask out popular girl Bianca, but she's forbidden to date by her protective dad unless her prickly older sister, Kat, gets a boyfriend too. Cameron strikes a deal with Patrick, the school bad boy, to pursue Kat so he can ask Bianca out, but things get complicated when Patrick and Kat start to have real feelings for each other in this adaptation of Shakespeare's "Taming of the Shrew."
