Demi Lovato delivered a beautifully emotional performance of her new song "Anyone" during Sunday night's Grammy Awards. The 28-year-old singer poured her heart onto the stage in a moment few viewers will ever forget, and she tapped designer Christian Siriano to craft a gown worthy of such a performance.
Shortly after Demi's triumphant return to the stage, Christian sent out a message of support on Twitter. "I love you and love creating for you!!!" he wrote, referencing Demi. His custom gown provided an elegant addition to an already iconic night for Demi. Her stylist, Law Roach, completed the look with a Zana Bayne corset and Lesilla shoes.
