Over the past year, Kim Kardashian has gotten serious about her fitness regimen recruiting trainer Melissa Alcantara to help her transform her body. Kim shared on her website that she's been strict with her diet lately, eating mostly lean proteins, carbs, fruits, and vegetables. Although she's been strict, she said, "Every once in a while, I like to treat myself and have a cheat meal," adding that eating clean all of the time can be hard and boring.
