Each Cut Da Carb flatbread has 80 calories and nine grams of net carbs (14 total carbohydrates minus five grams of dietary fibre per serving). The macros on these wraps are amazing! Low carb and low calorie. 1 whole wrap is only 3P/.5F/14C! - To make the chips👩🏼🍳: I sliced the wrap up (with a pizza cutter) into small tortilla sized chips which I then sprayed with a little cooking spray, a sprinkle of no calorie brown sugar and then a little cinnamon. Baked in the oven at 350degrees for about 5 minutes or so. Keep your eyes on it because you don’t want to burn them! That would just SUCK!🤦🏼♀️ Allow to cool before adding your toppings. This makes a pretty decent amount too! - Macros on the entire plate: 170Cals 21P/2F/17.5C ✅ - Ingredients: 🔸1 Cut Da Carb Wrap 🔸40g Diced Strawberries 🔸50g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt 🔸1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (or any flavour you choose! My vanilla protein powder had 0carbs!) 🔸10g Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup - Directions: 🔸Take your greek yogurt and protein powder and thoroughly mix the two together in a bowl. Then dice up your strawberries! 🔸Arrange your cooled tortilla chips on to a plate. 🔸Put your yogurt mixture into a small zip lock bag and cut a small hole into the end. Drizzle it all over your chips. Do the exact same thing with the chocolate sauce. 🔸Sprinkle your diced strawberries or toppings of choice, on top and voila! You have yourself some delicious, healthy, high protein dessert nachos! You mayyyyyyy need a fork for it, just sayin’ 🤷🏼♀️. To made this amazing breakfast that I shared with my husband I preheated the oven to 350*. I sprayed both sides with avocado oil and baked it for 3 minutes on one side, then flipped it over and baked it for another 2 minutes. I brushed the flatbread with no sugar added ketchup and added some of our favorite breakfast foods. I topped the flatbread with Mozzarella cheese, eggs, cherry tomatoes, onions, and turkey. Baked it for 10 minutes, but since oven times will very bake it until the egg whites look firm and the cheese is melted. Once it was done in the oven I topped the whole fizzy with chives, a whole avocado and broccoli micro greens 💚. I will be saving the process in my highlights. Here’s what you’ll need . 1 @cutdacarb flatbread 16 Oz whole milk ricotta cheese 1/2 C Lilly’s Chocolate Chips 1 tsp vanilla extract 20 drops liquid stevia (I use TJ’s) 1/4 C powdered Erythritol ( I made my own. By adding some erythritol to a blender) Here’s what I did. . -Preheat oven to 375. Spray cookie sheet -Cut 1 @cutdacarb flatbread into chip like pieces. -Spray Chips with non stick spray -Bake 375 for 12 min. When hot out of oven dust with a TBL or more of the powdered erythritol -While chips are baking mix all other ingredients in a bowl by hand. Taste and add more sweetener if needed. I sprayed the tops with 0cal spray, added some Splenda, 0cal brown sugar and cinnamon. Popped into the oven at 400F for about 5mins (until golden brown). - Once done remove from oven and allow them to cool.
