Blogilates Teamed Up With Julianne Hough For This "Dancer's Body" Pilates Workout

Cassey Ho, creator of Blogilates, said she "became obsessed" with Julianne Hough when she saw her on Dancing With the Stars in 2007 partnered with Ho's crush, Olympic short-track speed skater Apolo Ohno. Ho was so excited to get the opportunity to work out with Hough, and it's clear from the video that Hough loves Ho just as much!

This 20-minute Pilates workout is intense because of all the holds and pulses. Hough is experienced and strong, so Ho said by pushing her extra hard, she'd be pushing all of us extra hard, too. Ho said, "Well my goal is to make you sore," and she delivered! Within the first few minutes of pliés and squats, you'll feel your inner thighs activated. The rest of the workout includes core moves like roll ups and double leg lifts to chisel your abdominals. Ho gives plenty of modifications for Pilates newbies, so give this workout a try no matter your fitness level.
