They say it takes 21 days to create a habit. It’s that habit of discipline and the determination of wanting to create a healthier life for myself that has been the backbone of my training the last two years. These past 7 weeks since starting the 12 week challenge I have been so proud of the discipline I have show when it comes to my workouts. Some days have been crazy busy and I’ve only had 45 minutes free and instead of saying I just don’t have time, I’ve got to the gym and smashed out a workout. I have not missed one single workout no matter how busy or crazy my day is and that all comes back to my determination + discipline 👌🏼 I look forward to training.
