I usually spend all day beating myself up about it and today was no different. So I looked in the mirror and took these pictures to remind myself how far I’ve come. It didn’t take just 2 days of eating healthy and working out to lose all the weight and 2 days of indulging surely isn’t going to wreck all the progress I’ve worked for. See, balance is something I really really struggle with. They say the rule is 80/20, eat healthy 80% of the time and indulge 20% so I feel like maybe I’m not doing too bad? Who knows, most days I am still just trying to figure all of this out 😂 I just wanted to let you guys know that even I struggle and it’s okay! The great thing is is that on Monday you always get to reset and start over right?
