- Start on your hands and knees with your back straight and your abdomen tight.
- Extend your right arm and your left leg out, reaching from fingertips to toes.
- Pause and return your hand and knee to the mat.
- Repeat on the opposite side.
- Continue for 10-15 repetitions on each side.
