This Copycat Recipe For Epcot's Avocado Margarita Takes Just Minutes to Make, So Get Blending
If you're a Disney fan, you know just how much fun it is to eat or drink your way around the world in Epcot. The park's world showcase features 11 pavilions representing countries from around the world, and getting a little something at each one is a beloved tradition by many. And one of the most popular drinks at the world showcase is La Cava Del Tequila's avocado margarita in Mexico's pavilion.
Since we can't go to the parks right now, we're bringing the parks to us by whipping up some of our favourite Disney recipes, the avocado margarita included! While the consistency of an avocado in a drink didn't appeal to me at first, this drink totally changed my mind. It's smooth, refreshing, and so, so flavourful. It's also so easy to make! Copycat Epcot Avocado Margarita

Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe avocado
2 oz. white (or silver) 100% agave tequila
1 oz. Midori melon liquor
1 oz. agave syrup
The juice from one lime
Ice
Directions
- Wet rim of glass and line with salt.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until very smooth and creamy (a few minutes).
- Serve in the salt-rimmed glass and enjoy!
