There's been a lot of complaining on the West Coast over the past few weeks; the clouds haven't budged and there's been a downpour of rain that feels unending. If you're not one for staying inside with the kids when the weather is brutal (it can be hard to keep them entertained!), throw them in the car and head to In-N-Out. SF Gate just reported that the chain is offering free hot cocoa to kids 12 and under on rainy days. The kids have to be present, though, so don't get any ideas!
