Alexa and Carlos PenaVega Are Now Parents of 3! "Little Rio Could Not Wait to Come Out"
Alexa and Carlos PenaVega just added a third baby to the crew on May 7, a month earlier than expected. Their baby girl, Rio, was originally due mid-June, but the Spy Kids alum shared on May 10 that "Little Rio could not wait to come out and play with her brothers!"
"SO . . . we've been MIA these last few days," Alexa wrote in the caption of her Instagram birth announcement. "Let's just say we learned once again that God is always in control. You may have a PLAN for your life, but all that really matters is HIS plan."
Alexa shared that she's feeling good and that Rio is "kicking some serious booty in the NICU." She added: "Praying we can all be home together very soon! What a wave of emotions. Much love and thanks to all the Nurses, Doctors from Maui to Oahu - who brought little Rio safely into this world."
Carlos shared the exact same caption on his account, adding a bit at the end about Alexa. "Can't wait to share the story with you all! I lift up my wifey @vegaalexa on this Mother's Day. YOU ARE A CHAMP! I could never do what you do. The best momma to our 2 boys and now little girl. Thank you for being a solid rock for this family"
Rio joins her big brothers, Ocean and Kingston, to make this sweet family a party of five. Congratulations, PenaVegas!
