Dennis's first child, a son named Jack — whom he shares with ex-wife Meg Ryan — was born on April 24, 1992. Jack has followed in his dad's footsteps as an actor, and is most commonly known for his roles as Hughie in Amazon's superhero series, The Boys, and Marvel in The Hunger Games. Although he has younger half siblings on his dad's side, Jack first became an older brother to Meg's daughter, Daisy True Ryan, in 2006.
Jack has been dating his director and actor girlfriend, Lizzy McGroder, since July 2016.
