National Parks

Beth Caulfield, senior director of destination marketing at Hilton, reminds travelers not to forget our country's stunning national parks when planning Spring break soirees. "National parks are a great, and often overlooked, budget-friendly option for Spring breakers. There's a national park in virtually every climate from coast to coast, and beyond the most obvious options of hiking or exploring, they often offer a variety of free or inexpensive activities," she said. While camping is typically the most affordable route, Caulfield explained that many hotels — including Hilton — offer affordable options near parks like Yellowstone, the Great Smoky Mountains, and more for those not too keen on sleeping outside.
