Happy Birthday, Archie! The Youngest Royal Baby Celebrates His First Birthday
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry welcomed their first child, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, into the world at 5:26 a.m. on May 6, 2019. The tiny tot weighed 7 pounds and 3 ounces. Even though his parents have decided not to give baby Archie a royal title, he has already made history as the first-ever British-American baby born into the royal family.
Not only that, but he also made his first royal appearance at just 2 days old! On May 8, 2019, Harry and Meghan proudly gave everyone a first look at their little bundle of joy during a photocall at Windsor Castle and confirmed that he's even more precious than we imagined. Since then, we've gotten a few precious glimpses of the youngest royal baby at his first Christmas, on tour with Meghan and Harry in South Africa, and lounging around in the park with his cousins. Ahead, see the best photos of baby Archie!
