Beanie has referred to Dear Evan Hanson star Ben Platt as the Will to her Grace and the Harry to her Hermione, in several Twitter and Instagram posts, solidifying their best friend status. The two Broadway stars attended their high school prom together and costarred in the Harvard Westlake Academy's production of Our Town. The pair will be costarring in Boyhood director Richard Linklater's upcoming film together. "I think back to us riding to school together singing 'Gypsy' in the car or 'Next to Normal' . . . just being able to watch him, and for him to watch me, it's been really emotional. It's truly out of our wildest dreams," Beanie said in an interview with Vogue.
