Friends DJ (Mitchel Musso), Chowder (Sam Lerner), and Jenny (Spencer Locke) learn that their neighbour Nebbercracker (Steve Buscemi) is living in a house that's not only haunted but alive and seeking vengeance. Unfortunately, nobody believes their heinous story, so they must get down to the bottom of things and duke it out with the evil spirit.
