A woman named Michelle (Mary Elizabeth Winstead) wakes up in an underground bunker after getting into a car accident. The owner, Howard (John Goodman), introduces himself to a withdrawn Michelle and warns her that the outside air has been contaminated by fatal chemicals. Still, something about Howard is off . . . very off.
