Max is one of Zoey's best friends at SPRQ Point who has been in love with Zoey from the beginning. He helps Zoey through her ups and downs and performs some pretty impressive musical numbers. Max briefly dates Autumn, a barista who Zoey sets up with Max to help him get over her. At the end of the season, Max and Zoey finally make up after their big fight over Max moving up to the sixth floor for his new job at SPRQ Point. But, like Simon, Max's future with Zoey is left completely open.
