Jean breaks her no-commitment streak in season two and starts a real relationship with Jakob, who also happens to be Ola's father. It's not all smooth sailing, though. Not only does Jean eventually lose her job after Principal Groff leaks her therapy session notes all over the school, but she also messes up her relationship when she kisses Otis's father. To top it all off, Jean finds out she's pregnant when she goes to the doctor for what she initially suspects are menopausal symptoms.
