A custom Vivienne Westwood design entirely covered in light-pink crystals, Bieber's outfit featured a plunging neckline, corseted bodice, ruched skirt, two tiny bows, and a super-short hemline that showed off her legs. Sticking to the Barbiecore theme, she paired her dress with clear-strap Gianvito Rossi heels that gave the illusion of Barbie feet, a term used to describe the doll's permanently arched soles.
